August 14 Plot 5

Plot 5 is looking a little ragged around the edges but I am hesitant to clear out the Brokali as the bees love its flowers; the garlic chives are also a bee favourite and the Apero F1 tomato is loaded with lovely sweet, rich treats

 

the lettuce has also been allowed to go to seed as I plan on letting it self sow; interesting looking back at garden pictures - my cucumbers look to have some sort of virus, but they were still providing a harvest  ....

Plot 5's mid August harvest - somewhat overgrown beans ...... Note to Self:  visit garden more often!!
